The last weekend in June we headed to north Alabama once again, but this time to Hartselle. It was the wedding of Chase and Lizzie, who have the sweetest love story. They grew up together, were boyfriend and girlfriend in Kindergarten, dated in high school, and then college, and have finally made their lifelong commitment to each other. Chase was diagnosed with cancer several years ago, and you can read all about his battle and victory here. Chase is the younger brother of one of my dearest friends, Bethany, who asked us to help with a very important job- to take care of the flower girl for the weekend! Sweet little Madilyn was so, so much fun, and we just loved spending time with her.
The wedding was absolutely gorgeous, and the reception was unbelievable!

ReplyDeleteYou really should update your blog title to "Sarah and Hunter- weekend wedding warriors". You guys are great friends to a lot of people to travel to all o these wedding festivities. . They all have been beautiful so I'm sure that makes each trip even a little more fun!
