We had a blast this weekend and the past couple of days with my family, but the Fourth just wasn't the same without my brother. But luckily, my sister-in-law did get to talk to him briefly, and he is doing well. He is currently stationed in Afghanistan for a year, and we are definitely counting down the days until he is safe and sound. So, Buddy, if you get to read this, know that we love you, we miss you, and not a day goes by that we aren't thankful for your service to our wonderful country. You are our hero!
